The Class of National Training Course for Talents Handling Foreign-Related Arbitration (Hong Kong) Visits SCIAHK

On 13 March, 2026, participants of the Second "National Training Course for Talents Handling Foreign-Related Arbitration (Hong Kong),"  jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Hong Kong International Legal Training Academy, visited the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK). SCIAHK welcomed the training class delegation, and Secretary-General Mr. Xiongfeng Li shared with the participants the institutional advantages of the "Twin Cities, Two Centers" model of SCIA and SCIAHK, as well as practical experience in handling cross-border arbitration cases.

This training program brought together approximately 80 participants, including in-house counsels, experienced arbitrators, lawyers, and arbitration practitioners from the Mainland. Through lectures, panel discussions, networking sessions, and site visits, participants gained a systematic understanding of Hong Kong's unique advantages as China's sole common law jurisdiction, as well as the practical operations of international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration.
