SCIAHK and SCIA Visited the Law Society of Hong Kong

     On 22 February 2023, Mr. Huen Wong, Executive Chairman of SCIAHK; Mr. Xiaochun Liu, President of SCIA and the delegations were invited to visit the Hong Kong Law Society of HK and had a in-depth discussion with Mr. Chak Ming Chan, President of Law Society of HK (SCIA arbitrator); Mr. Man Lung Tong, Vice President; Mr. Kwok Kin Yu, Vice President; and Mr. Ronald Sum, Council Member (SCIA arbitrator). The two parties reviewed the 40-year history of cooperation in international arbitration between Guangdong and Hong Kong, reached a further cooperation consensus on the promotion of the convergence and integration of legal and arbitration services between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and the new mechanism for arbitration cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
