On 6 and 7 November 2026 (Friday to Saturday), the SCIA & SCIAHK Tribunal Secretary Training Program will take place in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The Program is jointly organised by the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and we welcome young legal professionals aspiring to pursue a career in international arbitration from Hong Kong, Macao, Chinese Mainland and overseas to join the Program.
The Program include training on Application of SCIAHK and SCIA's Arbitration Rules, the difference and similarities in arbitration between Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland, main responsibilities of Tribunal Secretary and Drafting of Procedural Order No.1, among others. Program alumni will also be joining the students to share their experience in the Program itself as well as participating as external case manager in "Twin Cities, Two Institutions".
Students who participated in the Program in full and passed the assessments shall be awarded the SCIAHK+SCIA Dual Qualification Tribunal Secretary Graduation Certificate. Graduates shall be afforded opportunities to participate in the case management of SCIAHK & SCIA, and shall be entered into the SCIA+SCIAHK’s Tribunal Secretary list.
CPD points shall be applied from the Law Society of Hong Kong.
